Need help with ipvanish

Hi all new to this. I am having a problem lately with my ipvanish disconnecting while I’m using kodi any help would be great thanks. Im using it on firestck

Hi welcome to the platform.

1 First thing to do is check the internet connection.
Clear app cache and try a different server.
If didn’t help.

2 Uninstall and reinstall the app this could help, but you must login again, and connect to any server.

3 If the disconnecting problem didn’t solve
Contact IPVanish support.

If above steps didn’t solve the problem consider new VPN provider.
