Need a little Information

I’m new here, recently joined a couple weeks ago so bear with me. I just subscribed to the service from Amber Baby “Strong 8k” and my question is why are there so many channels that don’t List what is playing and simply say “No Information”? I’m using TiVimate to display the EPG. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? Is there something I can do on my end to get information for those channels? Appreciate you taking the time to answer. Again, this is all new to me. TYIA
