I unplugged the unit to relocate and now the remote won’t connect to the box. I’ve changed the batteries, unplugged the unit and tried pressing the back and home button at the same time. Is there another reset or connect option? Thanks
makes no sense 
Try going in to devices and re-pairing or setting up new remote. If it was wireless did you move the dongle (2.4) over?

Its volume minus and select button need to be held for pairing.
