Mad Titan addon with Linux Mint or Ubuntu 20.04

I finally found the answer to the inputstream.ffmpegdirect required for MT:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:team-xbmc/ppa

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install kodi-inputstream-ffmpegdirect

When you open kodi, you’ll be asked to enable the addon. After doing so, MT installs.

I found this at ubuntu.pkgs.org.

I’m glad you got it working, I haven’t fully mastered Linux as a operating system mainly for server maintenence and such. This is good for Linux users.

I have been meaning to get back to Linux but my old cranky butt is just lazy.

Edit: thanks for sharing.

Most modern linux distros all have a maintainer(s) for Kodi etc. In arch look to aur for help in ubuntu/debian in ppa’s etc. Congrats

I can’t say that I’ve mastered Linux, but I can say that I much prefer using either Ubuntu or Mint to Windows 10 on my old, used PCs. The bloatware and forced unstable upgrades can send one up the wall.

I understand. I stopped using windoze over 10 years ago. :sunglasses:
