I have never used Krooz IPTV but just did a Google search and the first result brought me to their website and it’s working. Don’t want to post the link here I never know if this is the ‘locked’ thread or not

I did a google search for krooz and there seem to be several different websites for it. Can someone guide me to the correct/valid one please?

For anyone that couldn’t get vocotv to work they have a new url. I found my previous go.crisp chat with them for billing and they gave me this url. https://vocotv.one/ I put in my old login info from the .net one and it worked and they are also giving out a new xtreme code address. Go to the customer service chat from the new url or find your old link.

Good morning Miki. I had Krooz IPTV and I’m not sure what reseller I have. The web site for customer support is support@krooztv.com. Seems to be down. My subscription expires 10/26. Using TiviMate app with SurfShark VPN on and off and ONN Pro. Suggestions??

I would recommend reading a bunch of posts in this Category. I don’t have any recommendations for a service unfortunately.

Thanks Miki and ALL of the others that help. I think the reseller I have has shut down. It hasn’t worked in 7 days. I really appreciate all the advice and help this site provides. Especially having a couple of backup IPTV providers.

Their client Portal also seems to be down. Do you have an alternate way to communicate with them?

I heard they were going to do some updating and they said to just hang in there
