I do not get audio in my Prime app or the HBO app; however, Youtube and Qwest have great audio, please advise on possible solutions

If I’m not mistaking those apps have preset buttons on your remote. Check to see if there is an update for your remote control. If you’re using the Wolf Launcher you will have to disable it to the default launcher and it will show the available updates on your home screen . Hope this helps.

possibly the hdmi cable from box to tv. Try another quality one. I know sounds strange that one app sounds good and another doesnt work but ive seen this and the fix is cheap before you move in the heavy equipment and start digging
