KM 6 Ethernet problem

Hi Guys I have a KM 6 which wont connect to my ethernet Wi Fi is fine any ideas. I have gigabit broadband maybe KM 6 cant deal with more than 100 mgb may well be my issue.

Turn off wifi then plug in your ethernet, see if that makes a difference

What he said^^^^ , also after turning off wifi, plug in eth and reboot.

Hey @billthesage I have a KM6 Deluxe edition…that has 1G ethernet port…do you have this model or the “classic edition” KM6? I believe the classic is only 100M…otherwise…what Dracoo & TXRon said.

Thanks for the replies guys I turned off Wi Fi plugged in ethernet cable rebooted box and all good. It was the reboot was the only thing I hadn’t tried .My router does not support wi fi 6 but getting download speeds now of over 300Mbt so well happy.

And it is a KM 6 Deluxe so 1000 ethernet capable.
