Signed up for month and more than half the channels do not work. UGH They say offline with Xui logo.

Have you opened a ticket with their customer service to address the problem? I have been using this service for over 2 years and have minimal problems. Is it a VPN problem? Have you tried changing servers on your VPN? Are you using the total channel lineup or had your channel list customized? Contact them through the client area and open a ticket.

Since Troy posted his new list of top providers last week and listed ITTechBasics as #1, I cannot find the service with the same pictures as Troy provided in the review.
.com and .tv both have different pictures. Thus, not the site he is referencing. I have heard it said to do an internet search on the url. I tried with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Go to ittechbasics.com and go to the store on menu. Looks like they have scaled back and no longer have the prior web page but you should be able order service.

Thank you sim_bill. I submitted a ticket asking if they take prepaid cards as suggested by Troypoint. They said that their payment processing company sometimes rejects that, and that ittechbasics has no control over that.

I’m not sure if this the right place to address this bit I downloaded ITTech Basics to my laptop. How do I get it to my ONN google box?

All I can say is ITT… well it never worked for me so I dont recommend it.
I WAS going to say this: “Do some more reading”. But since I see you have been a member since 2021, I surmise you have read some.

It’s good to know I’m not the only one who experiences “Cranial Flatulance”. For me It’s tied to another ocassional malady which is “Optical Rectitus”. Thats where the nerves in the Eyes get crossed with the nerves in the Butt, and gives you a “Crappy Outlook” on life!

I tried to contact their support via email when my service wouldn’t update/download on their app. I was surprised I didn’t receive any response as they usually got back to me within 5-10 minutes at most. I am wondering if they are winding down the service and I did not renew it.

I got an extra 2 months of xtremeHD iptv as it has now gone black. In shopping for another iptv service I noticed Troy had ITTech basics as #1. Well, as of today the website is non functional with no active link to sign up. No 36 hour trial or monthly subscriptions. ITTech appears to be circling the drain. Caveat Emptor.
