try force stopping the app, clearing cache, reset router/modem and device just to cover all the basics, which im sure you already know, if you’re on a vpn try changing server locations or protocal’s, i dont have ittech but one of my services i have doesnt like wireguard, but works fine with ikev2 or openvpn

Just today seems like all the Canadian sourced channels are down. A message comes on saying “this channel is restricted”. The US sourced channels are working fine. Seems like a Canadian problem.
Also I can’t reach their website. I just renewed a few days ago, and their customer chat service was working fine.
