IpVanish has just started constantly disconnecting on my fire cube. I have uninstalled and installed the latest version. I’ve tried various countries/cities and also checked a number of different apps but on all of them the vpn disconnects after about a minute.
Any help would be much appreciated.

The first thing I would try is changing the protocol. OpenUDP or OpenTCP are often the most compatible protocols for most ISPs. OpenTCP being the most stable. If this fails for you then contact their customer service and follow their instructions
to send them the logs so they can help troubleshoot your issue.

start close and work your way out. Try swapping the hdmi port on your tv if possible and also change to a better hdmi cable.

Changing the HDMI port appears to have worked. It’s only been a few minutes so far so will keep an eye on it. I will get a new cable too. Thanks

I have tried all the settings but that didn’t help. Swapping HDMI port worked so far (see my answer to other reply) I will follow your advice and contact their customer service if the problems persists, thanks.
