IPTV service doesn’t fully work on firestick but works on Apple TV

Hi all. Need some help for a new sort of issue for me. Got a new iptv service and some of the British channels don’t work on tivimate or about 3 other apps I tried. Initially I assumed this was an issue with the provider and the channels might be down, but decided to try on UHF app on my Apple TV and phone and they all work perfectly on those!

anyone had this issue and know an app which might work better or maybe a setting in Tivimate/Sparkle which will need to be changed?

You could go into Tivimate Settings, Playlists, select the service, Xtream codes parameters, Try changing Output Format? Mpeg-Ts to HLS or Vice Versa?

Tried that already but no change. I checked to see if any more settings and nothing showed that looked useful.

Yes that is a weird one indeed!, maybe the player?

Switch you VPN server location and see if they’re being blocked.

Don’t have a VPN on!

Then try with a VPN on to see if it gets around any potential blocks.
