IPTV On The Go - Phone/Tablet

Are you like me and hate missing a sports event when you can’t be at home to watch on TV? Or you’re visiting your in-laws and can’t get a word in, or don’t care to? Then you might be interested in how to watch your IPTV service from your phone or tablet. And I’m happy to share with you how I do it.

Firstly (obviously) you need to be subscribed to an IPTV service. It’s best if they use Xtreme codes login method.

Secondly, you’ll need an app. I use Smarters Player Lite. However, it’s very easy to find bogus copies and people selling IPTV services under the same name. Be aware that the official developer is WHMCS Smarters. As of this moment, I believe you can still find it on the Apple App store, but you can’t on Google Play Store. You can find the pro version…if you want to pay for it. Knock yourself out. But if you want the lite version for Android then here’s the link to the apk you can side load.

Once you have the app, you’ll need to add a profile. You can use your real name, no one but you will see the profile name. Then add your IPTV service URL and login information.

Lastly, you probably don’t want to see tens or hundreds of channel groups that your service provides. Not for casual watching on your phone. So a work around is to use parental controls. Once you set a PIN, you can just click the lock button next to each channel group you want to hide.

And that’s it! Probably one of the easiest ways to have a mobile setup in my opinion, since Tivimate isn’t optimized for mobile devices.

My main IPTV service has a proprietary APP for android but I can also watch anything on a chrome browser on my PC or iphone as well.

Or, just open https://thetvapp.to/ and be done with it. That’s what I’ve been doing and it works great.

Mobile version of MyTVOnline by Formuler is what I use

It doesn’t seem to show the prices - can you give me a clue?

Looks like MyTVOnline+ is the mobile app and the free version comes with ads? Not sure how much the paid version costs. The other Formular app shows it is exclusively available for the Z11 Pro and Pro Max devices.

I also use this if I want tv and I am out.

For me I am not a sports guy, and shows I can catch them later, but I added mytvonline from the play store put one of my good services in it and I used the VOD side of it, then said I could add weyd and STRMR to the phone and set them up.

I have the paid versions of tivimate, Wave, Sparkle, Ott Nav and Televizo. I read a lot about how Televizo is great for mobile, I may need to try it.

I do not watch programing on my phone or never did, until 5 or 6 weeks ago I started taking the ex’s mother for her cancer treatments, and having to spend a day or two in the hospital with her each time I was glad to have those apps set up and working, add a set of ear buds and I was set.

I have never paid for premium. It was just offered at no cost

I use Swiptv app on my iPhone which I like it very much. Much smoother viewing in my opinion than the rest of the other mobile/iPads apps.

For iOS, I use UHF. I’ve tried several and like this one the best. Free version works well enough, but has a small uhf watermark in the corner, not really noticeable. I did end up buying the lifetime premium though because I think it’s that good. It was $50 for lifetime and can use on all my iOS devices.

I’m an iOS user as well, when you say UHF? Is that an app or service? Thanks

@TROYPOINT has a tutorial, just do a search for UHF…

It’s an app, an iptv player. Just put in your playlist from your service (M3U8, Xtream, and/or Manifest).

Thanks!

You can still get Tivi Mate on phone,

It’s not optimized for phones. Navigation is difficult.

Its not difficult, although it says not not optimised for mobile, just add your playlist works fine, no problem.

Do you really think I haven’t?
