Followed Troypoint video on how to pay Real-Debrid with Bitcoin, using Coinbase, I ran into a problem, when I selected Bitcoin payment and check marked the accept button to bring up the next screen, (I am logged into my coinbase account) it only shows “coingate” as the default payment type and not Coinbase. I have logged out of Real Debrid and my coinbase accounts and then logged back into my coinbase, then real debrid to try again and same thing. I have 17hrs left in my existing account, so should I just let it run out and try again to see if it will work then. ( The first time I signed up I used my CC but this time I have a coinbase account, should I resign up using a Aliases email from my startmail account)
One more thing, I am using Surfshark VPN, but under my account it shows ISP - DEFT HOSTING and not Surfshark, when I signed up 3 months ago, I used my CC so I had to turn off my VPN to pay, is this why it’s not showing Surfshark ( it does show the correct ip address from my Surfshark location)
It has been three years since I actually used real debrid. I subscribed again 48 hours ago, saw that I was charged for the six month subscription, yet I’m still waiting on an email so I can access the account.
I seem to recall before it was less than 24 hours.
Do I need to wait longer or is there a way to follow up with real-debrid other than their support email which I’ve done and I’ve received no responses.

Anyway, not sure I understand your question?. Been using RD for several years and after renewing my sub there is no email sent. The days are instantly added to my account. Check to see how many days you have at the top of the main page. If you bought more days you should be good to go
