I have managed to install the umbrella, and link everything, but when I click on anything it says I need o add a Trakt?

I use Trakt with Umbrella but you certainly donā€™t need to add it. IMO Trakt is a great app been using it for years. Keeps Track of all your movies and TV shows and being cloud based is always updated on any of your devices/apps. BUT Trakt has nothing to do with the basic functionality of Umbrella

Tv show watched boxes no longer being checked. After the last umbrella update this started to happen. I do not use Trakt. When this happened before I would just go into Umbrella tools, general, indicators, and select local and it would start checking the watched boxes again. The indicators tab is missing from this section now.

Does anyone know where to find it? Or is there a new selection I need to make?

Using Shield, TP fork 21.3, latest Umbrella update.

Developer said its a bug and pushing an update.

Still stuck after latest update. Watched boxes not being checked. In Umbrella tools I cleared ALL cache (which clears everything including saved search history) and cleared app cache in the Shield system. Still not working. Developer shut off the issues tab on github due to users putting his code in AI.

I really dont want to uninstall TP fork and reinstall everything as I will have to rebuild my Aeon Nox Silvo skin also. But if you guys think that is whatā€™s necessary I will.

If dev says itā€™s a bug and theyā€™re pushing an update, then wait for it.

They thisā€¦settings, Add-ons, Install from zip file.

Find the repository.umbrella zip file and click on that. That will automatically update to the latest version of Umbrella. No settings will be lost.

Thanks guys. The update came a few days ago and I still canā€™t get it to work. Im thinking something might be hanging up on my end or the update didnā€™t fix it. Everyone uses Trakt so Iā€™m one of the few local indicators users.

Both Seren and Umbrella playing up errors and not opening streams. My Real Debrid account is current and I delete devices on Debrid Web pages and then re-instate in the app. Any suggestions is there generally just problems at the moment?

Could be a Real-Debrid issue. Did you try with other add-ons or APKs - 5 Best APKs for Firestick/Android TV (Free Movies & Shows)

A few years ago while using Seren I had a problem with it finding no streams. I was also using ipvanish. I switched it from wire guard to open and it would display and play streams. A few months later I went back to wire guard and it worked again :man_shrugging:

Watched boxes still not being checked on 6.7.69.

Iā€™ve waited for like 4 updates so last night I took @MarkxG advice and set up Trakt using only Collections and not watchlist to be able to keep my list and not have shows cleared from it.
This morning there was a new update 6.7.70 and in the change log it describes an update to scrobble for the issue I had :shaking_face: . Oh well. At least Iā€™m finally using Trakt now.

I had infringement problems trying to open streams using Umbrella and so I changed my VPN to a USA location and it appears to have fixed the problem :sweat_smile:
