Been using KODI for 10 years so know if fairly well. Before factory resetting your device I would recommend trying this: Go into Troy’s Toolbox and Download a fresh copy of the latest KODI (21.3). The Umbrella addon has been working flawlessly for several months. Follow this guide exactly on how to install and don’t forget about the Cocoscrapers. Then Authorize whatever debrid service you have and you are good to go
