
Could surfshark alternative ID be used to sign up for Syncler?
Been using Syncler for a few years and love the app. Iāve upgraded to V2 and itās a great app.
I have 15 licenses. My daughter, my brother and my wife & I all use different Trakt logins. This wasnāt an issue in the previous version. When you setup you had to add Trakt seperatly. With the new version, when you put in your license key, it sets everything for you. This is great, however, I want my daughter and my brother to have their own setup. Is this possible and how do you do it?
Are the 15 licences all registered to the same email address?

Here you are: This is quite easy to do it this way, for friends and family.
But they will need their own Debrid and Trakt account details.
Set up settings for them and make a backup for them.
Or: Get them to give you an email and password beforehand.

I am currently running v1 on a Shield Pro. It fails to initialize. It instructs me to restart the app. I forgot how and where that is done.
Long click on the app. Force stop and clear cache. Then restart the app

Depending upon the firestick version, dev has stated that a certain version is no longer supported.
If the issue still persists on your shield, try the following:
Exit app> force stop> clear cache and reboot.
Check vendors/ packages>installed pkgs. If nothing in there> check available packages. If package is there > click on it and install.
If nothing in installed pkgs or available packages > check added vendors. If vendor is there> click and install from there.
If there is nothing installed anywhere> add vendor again and allow to execute.

Iām running version 2 of Syncler. Additionally Iām logged in to my Trakt account, however Syncler isnāt keeping track of which episode Iām on. This doesnāt seem to be an issue in Cinema. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I have vpn turned off. It does it on all 4 of my boxes. 3 onn and 1 shield
What debrid are you using? I know some people get errors when they miss Alldebridās email verification. Double check your debrid api key is correct and still valid.
Do you have any other players like VLC or MX player installed? If so, you could try to play with one of them by choosing āPlay Withā from the menu instead of Play after you select which file.
Yes if you have the same dns server on all of them or going to the same sites where cloudflare is used. Try changing one of the devices to the dns server I gave you and see if that helps. Could just be your router/modem needs rebooting to clear it.
