After following the instructions on Troypoint, I my first ONN when clicking the puzzle (apps) icon I see exactly what the Troypoint instruction show I should see:
But on my other ONN when clicking the puzzle icon, I see a list of all my addons, no sync option.
According to Trypoint, after configuring an addon on my PC (or tablet, or phone) I then need to go open Stremio on the ONN, or firestick depending, and click sync
So this is where my confusion is. I appreciate the help
If you are Android then just make sure your accounts and devices are synced. Go into your settings and search for sync. The configuration file is kept in the cloud so you only need to config an addon once on say your tablet and then it is automatically installed on all the devices you have Stremio installed and logged onto. If it doesnāt show, then close Stremio, clear the cache, restart your device and then it should show.
i THINK Because Real Debrid is in France, that is throwing up a flag that yourcard issuer is wanting more informationā¦.just a guess, and really not a solutionā¦.
They recently changed their payment system. Have you thought about using Torbox? Better bang for buck as you can share account with family and friends.

Ok, 5 euros of credit, prepaid. I hit prepaid tickets/paysafe logo under that it says (green tick) redirecting/under that Process payment. I hit that, it takes me to paysafe. It says pay with 16 digit number, I put it in, it says - āThis 16-digit code has already been used to top up a PaysafeCard account, on which it is available as a credit.ā
if you are in the US, most of the prepaid cards can not be used for foreign transactions, it will say on the package and i think on the card, but of course itās in the tiniest print they can possibly use and still be somewhat readableā¦.
Yes same version of stremio, And since I am new to Stremio, i donāt know how the puzzle (addons) should work. On one ONN i see all my addons with no way to sync, on the other ONN all I see is the click to sync button and no addons.
Both ONNās were purchased at the same time, and both are updated. I am logged into Stremio on both with the same account info.
I should add that both are working correctly, when I add an addon on my PC, it becomes available on both ONNās but only shows up as an addon on one of the ONNS
Try closing stremio and clearing cache. Then restart the offending ONN and see if the addon then shows. Make sure when you click the puzzle piece that you have āAllā highlighted at the top. Maybe try logging out of stremio on the ONN that is an issue and then when you restart the device, log back in and check.
I am not familiar with anything that you posted. Sorry. Iāve been with RD for years and they have my CC so I just choose 6 mths and pay and then I wait until the next day and get another 6 mths.
