Can I install an add-on (Rock Concert) onto a Firestick that I already have a Kodi 19 Build (Grindhouse - Spaced Out) loaded on? If yes, how please? I have a pretty good understanding of how addons/builds work, but have not tried this before. TIA!

First off, welcome to the community.
What I would do first is, check to see if it already has been loaded into your build.
Go to setting, scroll to video add-on then click on add from repository. Scroll down and check to see if it isn’t already part of any of the repositories being used by the build. If it is, just click on it, then yes to install. Wait for it to finish installing the go back to your build Home Screen.
