hi all is there a way to fix a bootloop iv done 99 percent of the fixes but nothing works thanks
Bootloops are often times a result of poor power. Make sure you are using the power brick and cable that came with it. Plug directly into house current. Do not use usb power from the tv. If you have another firestick, and it’s working fine, use the brick and cable from it to eliminate a possible bad cable or power brick. I’m going to assume you tried factory reset using the remote. This is a guess as you didn’t specify what exactly you’ve tried.

Get a new power supply, Y cable and all.
Who did you mean to post this to? Not me I think. The OP doesn’t need an OTG cable(I think that’s what you mean by y cable), just a power cable and brick, to test if one or the other has gone, or is going, bad.
