HBO Max app not working on KD3

Is anyone having issue with HBO max app not working on the KD3 box I have uninstall and reinstall the app and I am unable to play movies or shows

If thats a paid app, turn off vpn.

Not using a VPN with the KD3 I went back to my Walmart onn box and install HBO Max and I have no problem

I factory reset the KD3 that seems to fix it
