Was the song Think of Laura written for General Hospital?
AI Overview
No, "
Think of Laura" by Christopher Cross was not originally written for General Hospital. It was written to honor Laura Carter, a college student and friend of the songwriter who was tragically killed by a stray bullet in 1982. The song became associated with the show after ABC used it for a Luke and Laura storyline in 1983 without permission.
