I am unable to Reset my Firestick 4K to Factory Defaults. I have tried multiple times using the My Firestick, and using the Remote holding down the back and Right buttons until the prompt to Reset comes up. Nothing happens. I have tried disconnecting the power and removing the Firestick. VirusScan indicates there are virus in some of the system apps. I do not know how to have the firestick virus cleaned, other than reset to factory default. Any recommendations?
Download ( defsquid) APP and find where the Virus is and clean it.
