I’m trying to log on to my fire stick and it says it’s optimizing files actually take 10 minutes to do it. But it keeps doing it over and over again it won’t go forward. Anybody have any suggestions on how to fix it? I have unplugged it let it rest for a whole day went back in there and tried it again and it still doesn’t work

Factory reset. As long as it turns on you should be able to do it. Unplug any USB devices or anything else connected. Hold the back button and the right directional button at the same time for 10 seconds.
