I keep getting a message telling me that it cannot recognize my controller I simply hit OK and everything works fine. Has anybody else had this problem ? (I have tryed a second controller, same thing) This happens many/many times, only 10ft. from stick. !!!
Time to change the batteries and do a hard restart by unplugging the power a few minutes.

I have already tried that once, but I will try it again with a new set of batteries thank you for your input it is appreciated. By for now.
You can also unpair it then pair again. If that doesn’t work then something may be actually wrong with your controller or firestick. Without spending money the only other option is a factory reset.
