Sorry about that
I am experiencing issues on all my 4K Fire sticks when trying to clear cache. When I go to let’s say Amazon Shopping as soon as I click on it it goes back to applications. This is happening on all 4 of my sticks.I reset my router etc.
It is only when I want to clear cache on the Amazon apps.
Anyone else having this issue
This is a known issues, Amazon is aware and working on a fix. Please use the search function going forward.
There is at least 3 threads in top explaining this. I guess we have to wait till Amazon releases a patch.
