I have a Seagate with 2 TB of space. Every time I turn the tv on it says the Seagate is unplugged when it isn’t. Evidently I have some settings wrong someplace on my Nvidia Shield Pro. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

The issue also *might * be not enough power to run such a big storage device; just mho.

Did you do the recent Nvidia Android 11 update? Many people are reporting varying degrees of issues involving that update.
