I have been using external storage on Firestick per Troy’s video. It was working fine until this morning. Now Firestick no longer recognizes external storage. Is there a way I can troubleshoot this and get external storage back?
Try unplugging drive from otg cable and plug back in. Also you can unplug device for a minute.

Thanks for the troubleshooting advice. You were right. I just had to take out the Scan Disk from the cable, put it back in, and the Firestick did a reset, and up popped the External Storage again.
