Installed a 256 GB USB drive on my Firestick 4K Max. I’m able to load apps and apks to the usb drive but the few file storage I’ve tried will not recognize the usb drive. I can only download to inner drive.
I’ve found if its formated to internal drive on the max you can only save apps but not files or record. Change it to external drive you can save movies and record to drive , but not save apps.
