Diggz build not installing on zip file

Hi guys i really need help here right ive been trying too install diggz build http://diggz1.me/diggz19 when i get too zip file too install nothing is happening at all ive checked all my settings etc ive even put kodi 20 nexous build up anyone help please or even got a build like diggz address please
