Hello does anyone know an easier way to free up room on my fire stick by transferring data onto a thumb drive, I tried it last year by following troys video to a “T” but after about an hour I got bogged down by 1 of the steps & couldn’t go any further. I purchased the proper cable, the sandisk thumb drive & downloaded all the apps mentioned in the video. Please help
