What add-on? Are you using Real Debrid? It your account up to date? If you are and it is, re-auth the RD credentials and try again.
When encountering buffering please take a look here, lots of info.
Not using real debrid. The crew add on. 720 download.
Buffering is a huge thing. Please read over what i sent you and do some testing. Its possible its the source too.
If you want to use Kodi it works much better with a Real Debrid subscription.
