Contacting Real-Debrid

I have just renewed my subscription and shows I am paid up until May 2023 but my account in Syncler is shown as ‘Free’. I have tried deleting and re-authorizing (with VPN disabled) but can’t get the account to work. I can’t see any way of contacting support, anyone got any ideas?

There is a missed step. Your syncler will show proper account status if authorized properly. Go threw the setup process slowly.
