# Constant Buffering with Streaming Service

I am using Smarters Pro. When watching live programming, I get constant buffering. I am not very fluent with what I can use with this player to help with the buffering. I do use Surf Shark VPN. I have tried all the suggestions by the provider, and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?
