I get closed captions on one tv but not my other tv…my tv that works well is a fire tv and the tv with a fire stick attached does not. Using Exodus with both.
Suggestions?
Welcome to the forum! It sounds to me as if the one TV has Closed Captions turned on. Get the TV remote for the bad TV and go into settings or setup and turn off the CC option on that TV. Get back to me if that doesn’t work or if it does work. Thanks.
