A new Firmware update came out July 16th. I waited until this morning the 17th to jump in and do it. Update was mostly an SDK update and some button control stuff. Took about 15 minutes, comes down in multiple pieces and cannot be reverted. Reboot took about a minute and no changes to start or home page. So far no visible changes to app performance or function. All in all a smooth process. If I find anything different I will let you know. I don’t use the BuzzTV IPTV app so that is perhaps where the button changes apply.
I updated yesterday and it went smooth. So far I haven’t seen any difference in performance, which is to say everything is working great!
I had the same experience as you just reported. Everything still working fine.
I done mine also and it looks like everything is there but nothing launches
Can you get into the settings? If so go into BuzzTV Utilities and then System Update and see what it says.

still the same tivimate and stremio both work but p6 launcher will not start
Not sure where to point you. Everyone else had no issue on the P6L 256 ultimates
I am not fully understanding. If you are able to get into settings and can start apps then the P6L launcher is working. Do you mean you are unable to launch the BuzzTV 6 app?
all my shows were there but looked like there was no data because nothing would play
when I tried to play anything the screen would go blank
Hi, I just wonder if it is worth adding this update if it does not affect the BuzzTV box function?
This mostly updated the SDK to the latest as well as adding a couple of key changes for the BuzzTV 6 app. I did the update, took about 10 minutes start to finish. No negative issues from the update.
Good news I found the problem . I have another launcher installed and set to default therefor it was not allowing P6 launcher to operate properly switched back to p6 and everything is great.

hello again I have another problem I turn on my p6 and the screen is black with the Buzztv logo on and is stuck on loading and nothing works.
Access the master reset.
FYI this will do a complete wipe of all Data and start a full recovery of the Box from scratch
