Trying to figure out if Amberbaby’s EPG backend is completely nonexistent or if I just drew the short straw. Their native EPG URLs are pulling zero metadata for me right now.
Before I burn more hours trying to revive a dead link, a few questions for anyone else running Amberbaby:
Native EPG: Has anyone actually gotten their stock EPG links to populate successfully, or is this a known dead end with this provider?
External Solutions: Assuming their native EPG is useless, what external source (IPTVBoss, m3u4u, Open-EPG) are you successfully mapping it with to get a functional 7-day guide?
Ambers EPG isn’t good. Many insiders use myepg.top which does a good job of filling many holes. You can get a 2 day trial free and the cost is reasonable at less than $10 per year.
This 100% as @Peter9 says. I have her Strong 8K and the MyEPG supplemental EPG is wicked good. Do the Trial. Then it will be the best $7 you have ever spent
Can you explain how to get it for a dummy like me plz? Just got amber 8k and have no freaking tv guide. Had one during the trial but soon as I paid for it the tv guide was gone

Have you looked at the link @Peter9 posted 4 posts above this one for MyEPG? All the info you need is at the site including how to order a trial and install instructions. If you have Strong 8K you order the Strong 8K version and install the 2 URL’s they will give you

I’ve had the service for a few months now and everything has been working fine. Last night, though, I noticed something interesting - all 55,000 live TV channels were suddenly back in my playlist.
During my initial trial, Amber told me I could remove countries I didn’t want, so I only kept US and Canada.
Just curious if anyone else has experienced this happening before. I’ll be reaching out to Amber as well. Thanks!
It has happened to me a couple of times. Just message Amber and she will reset it.
8k strong caribbean hub not working
I opted not to have that grouping, hopefully someone who has it will check for you
I have Caribbean in my 8K strong with amber. I’ve tried a few random channels and all are working.
Are you guys using Tivimate with strong8K and myepg. I am using m3u from AmberBaby and I have 50-60% EPG but I have been trying for a while and cannot seem to get it to work with the xml files. These are static right? How often are you updating?
I use Tivimate, Ambers strong 8k and Myepg.top. I use Xtream codes not m3u. Covers all the epg that I use, but I don’t have, US or CA channels. I update the playlist and EPG daily. I hope this info is of use to you.
Same here. Tivimate, Strong 8K, and myEPG. Use xstreme codes and my EPG updates daily. Still missing a few channels but everything in my favorites is 100% spot on EPG wise

I don’t know what TVIDs are? But after subbing to MyEPG most of the US channels are populated with the correct EPG listing. I have Canada, US, and UK with Amber’s Strong but only really watch US Channels and myEPG works great
Well, MyEPG sounds like the bees knees, but I find that the EPG offered by Amber for US channels works just okay – I probably find 50% of programs listed. It’s enough for me since I have other sources like my local newspaper’s sports schedule and TVGuide app on my phone if I’m real curious. Of course I don’t think anyone is going to be up to date and accurate with channels like B1G plus, but that just means I have to check out a few of these channels until I find what I’m looking for.
Yeah if myEPG was expensive I would never use it but at $7/year it makes a HUGE difference in populating the EPG. I have 17,000+ channels and there are large groups that never populate but the 45-50 Favorites I use - mostly USA Sports and News channels it is 100% filled, and accurate all of the time
