TORBOX was very responsive to email. They made sure to explain the STACKED discount was a mistake and not valid.
They also explained the ONE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION versus the ONE YEAR ACCOUNT. Two different things.
Am going to keep the $23 one year thing, with canceled subscription. But am going to make sure a report goes to paypal, that my subscription was canceled, so it should have no automatic payment a year from now. Trying to track all this and correct a year from now will just be painful, so am looking to fix it now.
Hello, it wasn’t a bait and switch on their part. I think they just forgot about the discount sigma30 that was still active and once they realized it, they shut it down. They never advertised the double discount deal, we found that ourselves and lots of people got it before they removed it.
$23 is still a steal when compared to Premiumize and Real-Debrid.

Nothing painful about it. In your TB dashboard you can manage your subscription, and it will tell you when your service ends and when the next billing will be. When you cancel the recurring sub you still get to use the rest of your time.
And it is only $7 a year difference. It’s noce to find a superdeal for the thrill of the hunt but less than $2 am month for multiple IPs and no fair use points etc. it is still the best bargain out there.

To be sure it isn’t totally unlimited but more generous than PM. As long as someone isn’t doing anything crazy, they won’t have any problems. Especially with the multi Ip ability there will always be people who try to abuse the system, so they have to be able to step in to prevent bad actors from degrading the system for everyone else. I actually prefer the “don’t be a jerk” no set #’s approach than the hard coded 1000 points PM uses.
The thing is with PM I have never used up even 5 GBs when simply watching shows or vids. I use the PM+ scrapes and as the + are cached they have never counted towards any limits for me.
