I have tried just about everything & the most success especially with both speed & ad blocking is Brave.
Vivaldi is my 2nd choice.
Solved the mouse problem by installing a UGreen adapter using a bluetooth mouse.
What does everyone else use ?

I use the Silk browser and never have problems. Yes occasional buffering from overloaded servers but that’s rare. Switch servers switch vpn location and g2g.
