I added Apple+ to my Skeleton build and wondered if the game tonight will show up on it. Is AppleTV and Apple+ 2 different items? Thanks

Watching Orioles - Blue Jay’s game on Apple TV+ as i’m typing this via my IPTV service but it is stuttering alot!
I use Loop for mlb it works for me with a vpn, the crew used to be good but not anymore.
So where would I find Loop? I just hate the fact that I pay for MLBTV and still get blocked out when the Dodgers play on Apple. Would Apple+ play the games? Thanks
