App warnings -- and disabling -- by Nvidia Shield

My Nvidia Shield sent me two Notifications that LiveNetTV and CyberFlixTV were “disabled because it puts your device at risk”, and suggested “Uninstall harmful app.”

Anyone else have this happen, or know whether either of these apps is in fact risky?

sounds like play protect, turn it off in playstore settings
