Their customer service is terrible and if you question why they do not support TiviMate EPG, they call you names and then state find another servvice. In other words, screw you customer.
Be aware that if you use their service, you are left on your own without proper customer service.

Looking for suggestions from patrons. Especially the experts like Miki, etc. Have had services for many years and customer service is number 1, then very little buffering. Would love to find an underground (proper term?) service that is more protected and secure.
I tried Apollo with their free trial. Found it to be not as good as my current service from a buffering standpoint. My opinion is forget about this service. They only allow certain vpn services and won’t allow credit card payments. When I tried to see if they would change their position, they blew me off. Obviously not interested in customer feedback.
Try ITTech Basics. Excellent service on both performance and attention to the customer. Very good value also. Been with them over 3 years. They are my #1 service.

Thank you for your reference IPTV. I agree and experienced exactly the same as you with Apollo.
Another service you might look into as a backup service is GoldClub. I have them as my #2 and they have been solid. Only reason they aren’t my number one service is the monthly payment process is a bit funky and there is a bit of delay before you get a reply to inquiries.

No, they don’t. Also most services either don’t offer it, offer very limited catch-up channels, or do a poor job of updating their catch-up channels due to the technical resources needed to update and keep it current. Personally, I’d rather have a service that has strong streaming quality with no buffering anyway.
This is not the Apollo IPTV site. Looks fake. Apollo also costs much more per month.

Michael Wu’s iptv service is pretty solid with little to no buffering and the epg works pretty good
