Amber Baby service is down

I was hoping to get some help. I signed up for Amber Baby service two weeks ago and paid for 3 connections. I set up two of the 3 connections: 1 on my Samsung S25 Ultra phone using IPTV Smarters; and the 2nd on my TV using TiviMate. Both worked great the last two weeks.

I sat down to watch NFL football today, and on my TV, I get an error message on every TV channel I try to load: “ This Video has been restricted streaming video from cloudfare’s basic service is a violation.” I try multiple channels and get the same thing. I try with the VPN on, and with the VPN off, and then try using my mobile connection (Tmobile) from my phone as a tether and nothing.

I thought the service may be down but then try the service on my phone and it worked fine. I deleted the playlist on my Tivimate app on my TV and reloaded it and still the same thing. I then downloaded two other IPTV players from Troypoint on my TV and tried loading them. While I could log in, the playlists would not download completely (TV Shows / Series) on the initial setup and thus I couldn’t watch anything.

Can anyone give me some advice?
