No. According to RD on X, Amazon Pay will not accept these transactions anymore under their "Acceptable Use Policy ". Its the same with PayPal.
Call again and ask or select fraud dept. You should be immediately be connected to a person.
I love RD so I’m going to keep trying. If I can’t figure it out I’ll try Alldebrid. I have a US Bank Visa.
WELL!!! My wife spent time online with US Bank and found the 3 times my CC payment was blocked. The agent said there were too many attempts for that card. So, while on the phone she asked could the agent open our other card for overseas payment, She asked for the CC number and open it for payment and I went to RD, selected 180 days, and it went through. Therefore 6 months from now we’ll do the same process.

Hey what I did was get the 180 days. Waited for 15 minutes. Got another 180 days, used my loyalty points and got about 14 months. Now I’m good until August 2025.

I had no idea that would work. I thought once hearing that you had to be inside 30 days from expiring before you can get another 6 months.

Anyone have successes with PayPal mastercard? Or is it one of those call ahead and authorize prior to charge like any other bank card?

You might have an issue with PP. They no longer allow regular transactions for RD to go through. So I am guessing this might be the same for their CC side.
But hey…you never know.
