loaded the amazon app to use iPhone as remote. it does work, but i can’t find a volume control or an on/off switch. i’m using my firestick 3 for on/off and volume.
everything works on firestick. everything works on iphone remote but where are missing volume and on/off switch?

trying to get a netter understanding of your situation. Are the volume and the on/off switch missing from the remote app on your phone? or are the volume & power buttons not working on your device? Do you still have the original remote control?
