Amazon announced on June 6, 2019 that starting in July, they will begin using Drones for delivery of their merchandise. This is to promote the use of Artificial Intelligence.

What is your opinion on the use of drones in cities across the U.S.?

I don’t want to be underneath one, for fear it might drop it’s load on my head! Lol!

The Mexican Cartel is currently using drones to deliver illicit drugs across the U.S. border. They are a way ahead of Amazon.

I knew that would happen! Just like pornography drove the internet, drugs are going to drive Drones.

Amazon said that they are deploying Drones in test markets.I live in one. The service of using Drones will be for Amazon Prime customers. Full service is only a couple months away and soon you will see Drones flying around your neighborhood. Amazon states that for Prime customers, you can expect delivery around a half hour after you submit your order!

Wow, 1/2 an hour is absolutely awesome!

In the news lately is the U.S. drone being shot down by Iran. Tensions are high. Threats have been made. If (and that’s a big If) we go to war against Iran, then the period we are presently in is referred to as an Antebellum.
I researched this after the Grammy’s several years ago when Lady Antebellum walked away with Song of the Year for “Need You Now”.
An Antebellum is the period, feeling and tension right before a war breaks out between two nations. I pray that this period is the precursor to diplomatic talks or a trade war. Not an all out military action. Not the war following an Antebellum.

I in no way receive compensation from Amazon.

Amazon has announced a new service they will be offering as part of their deployment of drones for delivery of Prime merchandise. Neighborhood Watch. That’s right Amazon is going to offer a Neighborhood Watch program in conjunction with package deliveries. You can sign up for once an hour, once a day or once a week airiel views of your home and neighborhood. The drones will all work together to form a Neighborhood Watch of all areas covered by their delivery drones. Any thoughts?

France became the first country in the world to use drones for national mail service. French postal service announced a drone delivery program to deliver parcels on a 8.7 mile route once a week to reach mountainous regions. These mail drones will have a range of 12 miles and a top speed of 9mph.
