When I get on my firestick and follow all directions on the videos, the app he says to download that work for him, do not for me, I keep getting “app not installed” please help I can’t watch anything on here anymore 
What app are you trying to install and onto what device?

This error message usually means that there was an input error.
Go back through the video, and like Troy suggest, pause the video and ensure that you correctly input the URL exactly as he has before moving to the next step.

Thank goodness. I did end up going through it all and it works now. Only thing I haven’t done is the ipvanish video to install. Appreciate you reaching out though

Don’t ever do that. Buy a stick and watch the guides troy has spent alot of time setting up. It’s fairly easy to do.
Also you can make your own topic on the matter, this would be off topic.
