# 500 Error Message on TroyPoint Insider

I started receiving a 500 error message when using the search feature on TP Insider. It started this week. I cleared cache and that didn’t correct the problem. Results show after I backout of the search feature. On Version 2 of the app. Any suggestions are apprwciated.

Thank you! I am in process of applying a bunch of updates right now to the site so hopefully that fixes this problem.

That happened to me about a week ago for a day or so …then cleared up, I thought maybe just a busy time or something…
