I already had to send mine back - They have the programming screwed up for the LG tv, it will turn the tv on but not off, I have the extender from my FireCube 2 that I used on the FireCube 3 and it will not control my Onkyo Receiver! Worked with support for over an hour and they ended up saying to send it back and they would send a new one… Am still waiting for the replacement… I think they rushed the FireCube 3 to the market to fast! Loads of problems whereas my FireCube 2 works as it is supposed to do!
I’m a bit confused. Doesn’t the 3rd gen cube have it’s own ethernet port? Aha it does but is still just a 10/100 switch so no gigabit. From AFTVNEWS >>>>>

But with Wi fi 6e why do they need it you probably get way faster on wi fi.
Very true Tj. If the ISP has WiFi 6e and the user has a WiFi 6e modem they should have better speeds than with ethernet, as long as the modem is optimally located.

I know how you feel because I also have LG webOS tv and they block anything that’s not offered in there own LG content store 
Like you said @Miki ,…ethernet limited to 100, tduk did a video also on the cube I seen today with the same ethernet hub setup to increase the ethernet from 100 to 300. due to the USB 2.0 connection limiting you to 480 Mbps which translates to around 300 Mbps in real-world use.
I usd 256gb drive and it formatted fine, as low but fine.

First of all my apologies if this question was answered before..
I brought a new Fire Tv Box. After setting it up as a developer, i was able to download and install Kodi V22 and Bee Tv from the Troypoint website. I start Surfshark, them click on Kodi to start. It will bring up the splash page, then disappear, im back to the Fire Cube home page. No warning or error message. Same when i try to run Bee Tv. Tried it several times, even uninstall/reinstall apps but still the same problem.
Can anyone tell me what im missing?

When installing an app on my fire cube 3, I cannot tell which choice is highlighted. The highlight is so light I have to guess which choice I’m on. I have the same issue on any choice screen! All suggestions welcome.
Oh, that’s got to be a drag! I’m thinking that it’s not so much your Cube but possibly the “contrast” on your TV might need a small adjustment.

I watched this the other day and adjusted the settings on my Fire TV Cube. Her video says Firestick but the settings are very similar. It might help you with your overall setup.

This happens to me as well. Fortunately, when this happens it is usually a pretty simple screen with a couple of buttons. Just use the D-pad to go to the one you one want, even if you can’t see it and hit select. For example, if it is the the lower right button, hit a couple of downs and a couple of rights. The grey out will appear on the buttion after you hit select.
