When you scrape for a source you will see the OC added to the end of the addons you authorized OC in, and the ones you added to Stremio. For example if using Comet addon and you authorized(added) your OC API in it, when searching for a movie or series you will see Comet OC listed beside the results.
Thanks so much for the reviews and suggestions everyone. My PM expires in 2 days so since OC (supposedly) uses PM cache, I am in agreement with Troy with “Why Pay Double?” I will let the pm expire and go with OC. Many years I have touted PM as the best; and it has served me well, but im not opposed to effort a change in this whirlling, swirlling & swerving environment.

Followed Troy’s video using debridio to add offcloud to nuvio. I have torbox and premiumize installed as well. Many links using offcloud fail and now the offcloud category showing when manually choosing links sometimes fades to red and then disappears. I reinstall on nuvio and it is again working for some links. This service isn’t ready for primetime yet. Hopefully it will improve over time.
If we see a robust Black Friday deal on PM, it’s worth an extra few dollars (to me anyway, aka The Streaming Miser) over a few years to have the dependability of PM. If not, perhaps OC is worth a gamble.
I have OC Debridio Addon, OC in all my DuckStream addons, as well as Comet, Meteor, Sootio, and Jackettio and OC always finds streams and have no problem playing for me. On your Dashboard you can send a ticket and get help or report issues and see what they say.
I plan to do the same, if there’s a black Friday good discount like last year.
Thanks Miki. I actually reset my nuvio account and started from scratch using Troy’s video and everything went smoothly this time. I am running offcloud with torbox and premiumize as well. Offcloud is running 4K with no buffering.
I had to do that a few months back. Seemed the cloud server had a hiccup and I tried for days to sort it. Then simply closed my account, opened a new one, started from scratch and had it up and running in no time and without a hitch. So good on you getting it sorted. Nice work.
While the Black Friday PM deal was great, they don’t recognize that as a recurring subscription to the service. That means it won’t renew at that price and we would have to hope that each 1-3 years, a similar deal is offered.
A new email address would likely be needed, perhaps, for a new deal registration.
I do like PM, over the course of using it for a year+. Reliability has been solid…and honestly, probably still worth the full asking price. Of course, not many will agree.
When I got the 3yr PM deal I was told that it was not an automatic reoccurring sub but if they were still around then I would be offered the same 3 yr sub for the same price.
